ME / QUEM SOU

Claudio Marmorosch, known as CLUDEN, is a photographer born in Rio, Brazil.

Having grandpas from Germany and Poland,

Claudio, who has German and Polish ancestry, sees Europe as an inspiration for his photos. According to him, experiencing Europe under the eyes of a Latin American is an excellent catalyst for emotions.

But most of his work has been produced in Rio de Janeiro city, specially in Ipanema. Claudio is attracted by the colors and the interaction between this phenomenon and the people who circulate there. By feeling at ease in the city, your photos show energy and liveliness in landscapes, portraits and everyday scenes .. We can´t live without Art. He is convinced that Art plays a decisive role in people's lives, helping them not only to deal with the typical problems of a contemporary urban society but also to put them in contact with their "genuine souls."

With this scope, Claudio gives his eyes to the observer/beholder of his photos, which is the result obtained by the photographer's gaze and the emotion of his observer. Therefore the complete experience of the work can only be perfected with the emotion and the interpretation of whom contemplates it, Claudio prefers silence, since the photo by itself reveals a lot, opting not to comment on his photos. This is due to the fact that when contemplating the photo, any construction or feeling that comes to invade the observer will be as true and legitimate as what happened in the eyes of the photographer at the time of the photo.

In the words of Cartier-Bresson: "I do not want to explain my photos, they are aleady there! have nothing to say or comment about my photos. We talk and think too much! I Unfortunately, there are no schools that teach us how to feel! We should learn how TO FEEL".

Por Cluden, 2017.
